scenechronize Conducts Inaugural PA Training
LOS ANGELES, CA – 10 production assistants were selected from over 40 applicants to attend the inaugural scenechronize training session held on September 20th, 2008 at The Lot in West Hollywood. The training covered the basics of breakdown and scheduling as it relates to using scenechronize, new web-based production management software. scenechronize-savvy PA's will be able to assist 1st AD's, UPM's and production coordinators with using scenechronize, which based on first-hand experience with initial customers, allows customers to get more value out of the software.

"I found the training to be really well done and comprehensive. The product is very exciting and I really look forward to getting to use scenechronize on a production" said Peter Johnston, one of 10 selected PAs to attend the training.

Future PA trainings will be held in LA and in other cities (NYC, Vancouver, Toronto, New Orleans, etc) during 2009. Additionally, trainings for 2nd ADs and production coordinators are in the works for 2009.

"While scenechronize is very straightforward to learn and use, we want to make adoption as easy as possible by providing training to the hands-on users of it. Having a pool of qualified, trained PAs that productions using scenechronize can hire is critical" said Rhys Ryan, Producer for scenechronize.
